Where do you provide Pop-Up Birthday boxes?
We currently provide Pop-Up Birthday boxes only in the Austin, TX and surrounding counties — namely Travis, Williamson, Hays and Bell counties. However, we aim to serve Region 7 of Central Texas through our partnership with Child Protective Services (CPS).
Who can request a Pop-Up Birthday box?
We ask that the foster child’s CPS caseworker, CASA volunteer, or staff member from one of our partner agencies submit the request on behalf of the child and caregiver. The requestor is also responsible for picking up and delivering the birthday box to the foster home or treatment center.
How do I submit a request?
Simply use our Request Form to submit an online request. If online form does not work, you may download our Word Document Request Form and email to: email@example.com.
If your request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours with instructions for pick-up.
What is the lead time for a request?
As each birthday box is personalized to the child’s age, theme and gift requests, we ask for 30-days notice from requested pick-up date to prepare the box. Please note that we have a weekly limit of boxes that we are able to fulfill — so get your requests in early before we reach capacity! The truly personalized birthday box (with full party supplies, gift card for cake and an awesome gift package) does require extra time for planning, shopping and preparation. We appreciate your understanding!
When and where do I pick-up the Pop-Up Birthday box?
During the COVID-19 pandemic, birthday boxes will now be shipped directly to the child. See updated online request form for details and information. Birthday boxes are made available for pick-up on Thursday mornings from 9:30am-12:30pm at our office space in the business annex of Independent Bank, 101 Westlake Drive, Suite 210, Austin, TX 78746.
